Both of these tokens were struck at the 1924 British Empire Exhibition and were designed by Percy Metcalfe. The larger one was struck for and issued by Nobel Industries Ltd: the obverse depicts a seated man resting his chin on a sledgehammer. the reverse is stamped "Struck at the British Empire Exhibition 1924" and has the Nobel Industries trademark. Both the obervse & reverse are signed "PM".
The smaller token has an industrial scene on the obverse with "Industry Commerce" beneath and the reverse depicts the head of the Wembley lion and "Struck at the British Empire Exhibition 1924". Both the obverse and reverse are signed "PM".
